We normally charge a small percentage (%) from the FOB Purchasing Value and based on the selected Open project Package. Contact us for more info

• All cost of samples’ freight and Taxes.
• All pre-order expenses related to supplier visits, trade fair companionship or audits to Suppliers, unless there is a development fee involved for new products.
• Air transportation and lodging in very remote areas are not included; these expenses shall be covered by customer per event when applicable.
• GIS may handle all documents for export, order tracking and will provide Online Tracking cargo information, although GIS will NOT be responsible for late fees due to untimely payments by clients.
• If goods are due to Customs inspection where units or pieces are lost, damaged or incomplete, GIS will not hold responsibility for these events.
• Additional government fees, inspections, and other issues beyond of GIS’s control, such as Shipping Delays, Inland Freight setback and/or any natural disaster might be notified to the customer but at the same time, not representing a direct responsibility for GIS.

• All services shall be invoiced and notified by GIS Account Manager (AM) inside Tech4Trade platform.
• All service fees will be payable 100% once the final quality report is delivered and the goods leave China or greater Asian countries. 

GIS takes responsibility for the verification of all components and products to be in conformance with your quality requirements and standards. 

In case of existing any non-conformance or discrepancy, upon the receipt of all proven materials and reports at destination site, GIS will support and represent you (according to the selected Open Project package & legal standing) enforcing the necessary means and negotiation activities for the partial or full replacement of the non-conformant material(s).

GIS is in complete disposition to its customers/partners for the implementation and enforcement of any corrective/preventive action requested that will bring any kind continuous improvement measures to the product/service development.
