Supplier Sourcing & Verification

For all services...

• An Account Manager/Project Manager team is assigned in China to follow-up and stay in close communication with you and your team.
• Use of Tech4Trade platform to manage, follow up and store the sourcing project information and reports. (free storage up to 5 years or 2,000 services)
• On-going Sourcing support for a 1-month period for one product line.
• Sourcing samples’ confirmations and inspection (not including express fees or sample fees).
• Full contact and commercial profile of sourced suppliers by product line.
• Legal Registration check for all suppliers selected in the short list. 

For SSR...

• At least one on-site mission, Mini Audit See an example here, to a selected supplier to confirm general trade terms, existence, infrastructure, and any specifics required by Buyer.

For SSR...

In a period of 3-4 weeks, starting from the time service is confirmed and all relevant information received, we will finalize for you a “Smart Report” with a one-to-one supplier’s shortlist & product quotation comparison. See here an example

For TFR,TMS and Mini Audit ...

Reports are delivered within 48hrs after the service performance

• Services or work during holidays or official work off days according to PRC’s official calendar. Any support required during these periods will be subject to extra fees. (Sundays are also considered official work off days)
• Sample fees and related freight fees.

• All services shall be invoiced and notified by GIS Account Manager (AM) inside Tech4Trade platform.
• All sourcing services are to be prepaid.

For SSR...

After 1 month of work, if the expected shortlist has not been achieved, and no onsite assessment has been performed, ONLY a salvation fee of $248.00USD will be charged and remaining balance returned to Customer.

For TFR & TMS...

Since the support is by event, fees cannot be refunded.
